It’s a Squirrel Swirl!

I just made this the other day and it was an awesome invention!2da6re2.jpg

I made my cinnamon squirrel bread and decided not to make two loaves, just one big one.

I rolled the dough out into one longish piece of dough and put the cinnamon and sugar on, then carefuly rolled it up so it was a rather long lump of swirled bread. I then swirled THAT into a round thing.


I let that rise for about 45 minutes, untill it was double in size. I baked it at 375 degrees for 25-30 miutes, it took longer to bake than two loaves separatly. my thermometer said about 180-190 degrees when it was ready. then I let it cool on a rack and cut it in a spiral. It was awesome.
