Mom’s Apple Cake

This is my Mom’s recipe, and it’s the best cake you will ever eat!


  • 2c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 4 apples-diced and peeled

Bake @ 300 for 50-55 minutes in a greased 9″x13″ pan, untill a toothpick comes out clean.


this seriously is the best cake you will ever have.
